摘    要:目的:探讨临床中医药治疗模式治疗男性继发梗阻性无精子症的可行性.方法:所有纳入31例患者采用前后对照的设计方法,对梗阻部位进行鉴别诊断,观察治疗前后精液理化、精浆生化、精子质量与功能、血清性激素水平.结果:总有效(率)为13例(41.94%),无效例数(率)为18例(58.06%).结论:聚精枸橘颗粒干预梗阻性无精子症的临床疗效的首次集中报道,为男性继发梗阻性无精子症患者提供一种积极可行的临床中医药治疗模式.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the feasibility of clinical treatment of chinese medicine in treatment of male secondary obstructive azoospermia. Method: All thrity-on patients were enrolled, diagnosis of obstruction site was carried out, semen and seminal plasma biochemistry, sperm quality and function, serum sex hormone levels were observed. Result: The total effective (rate) of 13 cases (41.94%) and the number of invalid cases (rate) of 18cases (58.06%) were observed. Conclusion: The poly fine Juju particles can treat obstructive azoospermia.
