咳嗽变异性哮喘中医证候规律的初步探讨

目的:探索并总结咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)的中医证候规律.方法:在文献调研基础上构建中医证候调查表,采用横断面调查方法收集101例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的人口学信息、中医证候信息和理化检查资料.结果:咳嗽变异性哮喘的主要证候风邪犯肺证、肝火犯肺证、痰湿蕴肺证、肺气虚弱证.咳嗽变异性哮喘患者中医证候聚类分析结果与临床辨证分型比较,总符合率为50.65％.结论:咳嗽变异性哮喘反复发作,病程较长.临床4个主要证候:风邪犯肺证、肝火犯肺证、痰湿蕴肺证、肺气虚弱证.咳嗽变异性哮喘患者中医证候聚类分析结果与临床辨证分型比较总符合率不高,提示咳嗽变异性哮喘患者临床表现以兼夹证为主,单一证型不多见.

Preliminary Investigation on Traditional Chinese Medical Syndromes of Cough Variant Asthma

Objective:To explore and summarize the regularity of traditional Chinese medical(TCM) syndromes of cough variant asthma(CVA). Method: Based on the literature research on TCM syndromes, using a cross-sectional survey method,101 cases with cough variant asthma were collected. Result: The main syndromes of cough variability asthma wer wind evil attacking lung syndrome, liver-fire attacking lung syndrome, phlegm wetness lung syndrome, lung qi deficiency of weak card. Cough variant asthma syndrome clustering analysis results and the clinical syndrome differentiation of comparison, the total coincidence rate was 50.65%. Conclusion: The cough variability asthma has longer course.The clustering analysis results and the clinical syndrome differentiation by comparing the total coincidence rate is not high, prompting the clinical manifestation of cough variability asthma patients are complex.
