超声刀辅助小切口甲状腺手术治疗结节性甲状腺肿疗效观察

目的观察超声刀辅助小切口甲状腺手术治疗结节性甲状腺肿的疗效。方法将100例需行甲状腺手术的结节性甲状腺肿患者分为两组,其中50例行超声刀辅助小切口甲状腺手术（观察组）,50例行传统甲状腺手术（对照组）,观察比较两组手术指标及并发症情况。结果观察组各项手术指标（手术时间、切口长度、术中平均出血量及术后疼痛VAS评分）均低于对照组（P〈0.01）;观察组术后并发症发生率为8.0%,对照组为28.0%,观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论超声刀辅助小切口甲状腺手术能缩小手术切口,减少术中出血,且无明显并发症,与传统甲状腺手术相比,更加安全、有效、美观,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on ultrasound scalpel-assisted small incision thyroid surgery in treating nodular goiter

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of ultrasound scalpel-assisted small incision thyroid surgery in treating nodular goiter.Methods One hundred patients with nodular goiter who received thyroid operation in our hospital were divided into experimental group in which patients received ultrasound scalpel-assisted small incision thyroid surgery and control group in which patients received conventional thyroid operation.Operation indexes and complications of the patients in both groups were compared.Results Every index of the patients in the observation group including operation time,cut length,operative blood loss and VAS scores of post-operative pain was lower than that of the control group（P 0.01）.The postoperative complications incidence of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion Compared with the conventional thyroid operation,the ultrasound scalpel-assisted small incision thyroid surgery which can shorten the operation cut,reduce operative blood loss and has no obvious complications is safer,more effective and has more beautiful outlook and is worth applying clinically.
