火焰原子吸收光谱法测定红景天中微量元素

摘    要:目的:建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定红景天药材中的微量元素含量.方法:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定6种不同来源的红景天中Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn的含量.结果:红景天中含有丰富的微量元素,含量高低依次为Fe> Mn >Zn> Cu,含量测定方法学考察其加标回收率为92.71% ~ 102.23%.结论:建立了红景天药材微量元素的分析方法,该方法快速、准确,稳定性好,可供红景天的质量控制及资源开发利用参考.

Abstract:Objective:Set up a flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS) method with content of trace elements in Rhodiola crenulata. Method: The trace elements including Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn in 6 kinds of Rhodiola crenulata samples were determined by FAAS. Result: Results showed that the content of trace elements was abundant. They are listed here in order of relative quantity from high to low, Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu. The recovery rate of this method was 92.71%-102.23%. Conclusion: The method was of high sensitivity, good stability, precision and accuracy requirements can provide reference for further exploitation and utilization of R. crenulata resources.
