石家庄野生白莲蒿挥发油的化学成分分析

摘    要:目的分析石家庄野生白莲蒿挥发油的主要化学成分。方法用水蒸馏法提取石家庄野生白莲蒿挥发油并用气相色谱-质谱法分析。结果挥发油含量为0.3%。共鉴定出5种成分,占挥发油总量的98.4%。结论石家庄野生白莲蒿挥发油的主要成分为桉油精(1,8-桉叶素)占86.6%。石家庄野生白莲蒿为丰富的桉油精资源。

Chemical composition analysis of the essential oil in wild Artemisia gmelinii growing in Shijiazhuang

Abstract:Objective To analyze the major chemical composition of the essential oil in wild Artemisia gmelinii growing in Shijiazhuang.Methods The essential oil was extracted by hydrodistillation and analyzed by GC-MS.Results Five components representing 98.4% of the total essential oil were identified.Conclusion The major component of the essential oil was eucalyptol(1,8cineole)(86.6%).The wild Artemisia gmelinii growing in Shijiazhuang was a rich resource of eucalyptol.
