| 摘 要： | 通过对一例肝脏移植术后胆道并发症的探讨，作者认为胆道热缺血时间可能是肝脏移植术后胆道并发症发生原因之一，可通过缩短热缺血时间等手段来减低其发生率；影像学技术有利于诊断确立；手术疗法应注意时机的选择。

| Abstract: | One case of biliary tract complications after liver transplantation was reported in this artical. It is concluded that to warm ischemia time of biliary tract might be the main cause of biliary tract complications,which might be reduced by skilled techniques. The confirmed diagnosis of binary tract complications sometimes depended on the diagnosis of imageology. Much attentionshould be given to the selection of the time for the operation therapy. |
