超声晶氧声像造影术对输卵管不孕的诊断价值

目的:评价超声晶氧声像造影术对输卵管不孕的诊断及意义。方法:对38例不孕症妇女使用3%超声晶氧进行宫腔注射,在B超下观察晶氧液体在子宫、输卵管内流动情况。结果:38例不孕症妇女中,23例双侧输卵管通畅、7例单侧通畅、5例双侧阻塞、2例单侧缺如、1例不明确。结论:采用晶氧液进行子宫输卵管显像是一种经济、安全、有效的诊断方法。

Clinical Application of CPP in the Infertility of Fallopian Tube

Objective:To appraise the diagnosis of fallopian tube infertility by using Hysterosalpingocontrust sonography (HyCoSy) for women.Methods:38 infertile women in our hospital were injected with 3% CPP, crytal oxidase liquid in the womb and fallopian tubes were observed by abdomen ultrasound.Results:In the 38 cases, 23 cares were both sides of fallopian tube patency, 7 cases were single fallopian tube patency, 5 cases were both sides of fallopian tube pinning, 2 cases were unipole deletion, one case was undefinited.Conclusions:Diagnosis of fallopian tube and womb by using HyCoSy is a safe and available method.
