低密度脂蛋白浓度与白细胞数量和种类的关系

目的了解低密度脂蛋白浓度与白细胞数量和种类的关系,探讨低密度脂蛋白在体内的氧化机制,为临床动脉粥样硬化的诊断和抗氧化治疗提供新的思路。方法随机收集临床心内科和神经内科就诊患者(感染患者除外)的血脂水平测定结果,同时获得对应患者血常规的五分类计数资料。按照正常低密度脂蛋白浓度上限(3.12mol/L)将患者分为高(55例)、低浓度(64例)两组,使用t检验比较两组间白细胞总数以及各分类计数之间的差异。结果低密度脂蛋白浓度高的患者白细胞总数(7.546±2.08)和分类计数中的中性粒细胞(5.141±1.46)显著高于低的患者(6.177±1.76;3.911±1.31),而低密度脂蛋白浓度高的患者分类计数中的单核细胞(0.387±0.119)显著低于低的患者(0.479±0.130),分类计数中的其它细胞在两组之间没有显著差异。结论白细胞总数与低密度脂蛋白浓度密切相关。有趣的是氧化低密度脂蛋白的单核细胞是显著降低的,而中性粒细胞的显著升高是白细胞总数升高的主要原因。

Leukocyte count and type are associated with LDL concentration

Objective Leukocyte count has been associated with cardiovascular and that white blood cell count and type are associated with LDL concentration.Methods Leukocyte count and type were measured in randomly selected cardiovascular and cerebrovascular patients at General Hospital of Hubei Province.LDL concentration was measured for each subject and dichotomized into<3.12(L)and >3.12mol/L(Abnormal high concentration).Results The total leukocyte and neutrophil count of L group is significantly higher than of A group.The monocyte count of L group is lower than of A group.Others have no different.Conclusion Leukocyte count is associated with LDL concentration and is specifically correlated with neutrophil and monocyte.The oxidized LDL by monocyte is associated with increased stroke risk.These findings are consistent with current hypotheses regarding the inflammatory etiology of risk of atherosclerosis and stroke.
