急性百草枯中毒的药物治疗进展

除草剂百草枯中毒目前仍是一个主要的医学问题,由于固有的毒性和缺乏有效的治疗方法,百草枯中毒的病死率很高。百草枯产生活性氧类,通过脂质过氧化反应、激活核因子κB、线粒体损伤和细胞凋亡在许多器官造成细胞损伤。百草枯中毒的抢救主要是常规和对症治疗,包括减少毒物的吸收(洗胃、活性炭吸附)、加快毒物的排泄(导泻、利尿、血液透析/血液灌流)以及药物治疗(维生素C/E、谷胱甘肽等),总体疗效仍不满意。

Progress in Medication Treatment for Acute Paraquat Intoxication

At present poisoning by paraquat herbicide is still a major medical problem.The very high fatality of paraquat is due to inherent toxicity and lack of effective treatments.Paraquat generates reactive oxygen species which cause cellular damage via lipid peroxidation,activation of NF-κB,mitochondrial damage and apoptosis in many organs.Paraquat intoxication rescue is mainly the regular and symptomatic treatment,including reducing the absorption of poison(wash stomach,active carbon absorption),speeding up the discharge poison(katharsis,diuresis,blood dialysis/blood perfusion)and medication(vitamin C/E,glutathione etc.),though the general effect is not satisfactory.
