初发精神疾病到精神科就诊途径分析

目的 探讨精神疾病患者的就诊途径，使精神疾病患乾能得到早期而正确的治疗。方法 采用自制《精神疾病就诊途径调查表》对４００例精神疾病患者的就诊途径及影响因素进行调查。结果 首诊于非精神科中西医４６．００％，首选搞迷信活动３８．７５％，首诊于精神科１４．００％，首选其他方式治疗１．２５％。大部分器质性精神障碍、神经症、抑郁症首诊于非精神科中西医，小部分精神分裂症首诊于精神科，大部分癔症首选搞迷信活动。首诊于精神科已婚者多，３个月内就诊于精神科以癔症、躁狂症、抑郁症为多，农村患者搞迷信活动多，就诊的决定者是家属。结论 精神疾病患乾有较严重的诊途径偏差，精神专科就诊率低。

The analysis of medical treatments on the primary mental patients in psychiatric clinic

Objective To analyze the medical treatments of different mental patients and enable them to receive early and proper treatments Methods Using the investigation form list of the medical treatments on different mental diseases,which was made by ourselves,to investigate 400 patients with mental problems and their medical treatments.Results 46 00% patients were firstly treated in non-psychiatric clinic,38 75% in superstitious activities,14 00% in psychiatric clinic,and 1 25% treated in other ways.Most patients with organic,mental disorder,neurosis and depression were firstly treated in non-psychiatric clinic.Only a small part of patients with schizophrenia were firstly treated in psychiatric clinic.Most patients with hysteria chose superstitious activities.Among those who were firstly treated in psychiatric clinic,most were married,and those who were treated in psychiatric clinic in the first three months were patients with hysteria,mania and depression,moreover rural sufferers mainly chose superstitious activities and their treatment decision was made by their family members.Conclusion Mental patients have serious deviations of medical treatment and the rate of the treatments in psychiatric clinic is lower.
