| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双侧脑室微创引流治疗脑室内积血的疗效。方法对32例高血压脑出血破入双侧脑室伴脑室铸型患者,通过头部CT扫描定位,采用双侧脑室微创引流术、血肿穿刺置管引流术并腰穿脑脊液置换辅以尿激酶灌洗术治疗。结果微创引流术效果满意,死亡率低。结论双侧脑室微创引流治疗脑室内积血,能提高患者的生存率,减少并发症和后遗症,改善生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of micro-injury drainage of double cerebral ventricles on ventricular hemorrhage.Methods Micro-injury drainage and drainage by tube after paracentesis combined with the urokinase were used to treat the patients with ventricular hemorrhage.Results Micro-injury drainage was effective method with a lower mortality rate in treating ventricular hemorrhage.Conclusions Micro-injury drainage was effective on ventricular hemorrhage.It can increase the living rate,improve patient's life quality and reduce the complications and sequela. |
