红蓝光照射联合二丁颗粒治疗寻常痤疮的疗效观察

目的：探讨红蓝光照射联合二丁颗粒治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将120例轻中度寻常痤疮患者随机分为2组，治疗组（n=62）采用红蓝光照射联合二丁颗粒，外用夫西地酸软膏治疗；对照组（n=58）使用红蓝光照射，外用夫西地酸软膏治疗，连续治疗4周，治疗后对疗效进行评分，比较两组治疗有效率。结果：治疗组的临床疗效明显高于对照组（有效率分别为87．10％和53．45％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：红蓝光照射联合二丁颗粒治疗寻常痤疮疗效好，安全性好。

Efficacy of the red,blue lights therapy combined with Erding granule on acne vulgaris

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the red, moderate acne vulgaris. Methods： A total of 120 blue lights therapy combined with Erding granule on mild to patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris were randomly divided into a control group （n=62） and an experiment group （n=58）. The patients in the 2 groups accepted the therapy of red and blue lights （twice a week） combing with external application of fusidic acid cream （once every morning and night）. Erding granule was added to the experiment group orally, 4 g each time, 3 times a day. The duration for treatment was 4 weeks for both groups. The skin lesions and the drug adverse reaction were observed. The curative effects in both groups were compared. Resnlts： The effective rates at the 4th week was 87.10% in the experiment group was 87.10% and 53.45% in the control group, respectivel）5 with a significant difference between these two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treatment of acne vulgaris with the combination of red, blue lights and erding granule can achieve good curative effects and safety.
