| 摘 要： | 万古霉素是目前临床耐甲氧西林金葡菌感染治疗的一线药物，准确建立和适时调整万古霉素给药方案是临床治疗的关键，针对危重症患者特殊的病理生理状态的个体化治疗尤为重要。本文综述影响危重症患者万古霉素药动学性质的各因素和方案调整。

| Abstract: | Vancomycin has been considered the first-line therapy for severe infections caused by gram-positive organisms. A reasonable vancomycin regimen is the key to the therapy. There are a number of factors which affect the pharmacokinetic characters of vancomycin in critically ill patients. This review summarizes the approach to adjust dosage regimen in critically ill patients. |
