摘    要:目的探讨对旅店业卫生管理中新的工作方法。方法运用危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)对旅店业进行预防性卫生监督管理,判定危害因素,确定卫生质量关键控制点、控制标准和控制方法。结果运用危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)后,消除危害因素,旅店业卫生指标合格率显著上升(P<0.01)。结论应用危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)开展卫生管理可显著提高旅店业的卫生质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore new methods for health inspection of Bathhouse.Methods By using the method of hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP), the preventive health inspection, identification of hazardous factors, establishment of critical control points, sanitary standard and control countermeasures for sanitary quality were carried out in Bathhouse.Results After the application of HACCP in health inspection, the hazardous factors of sanitary quality were eliminated, the qualified rates of sanitary indexes increased significantly(P<0.01 ).Conclusion The application of HACCP in health inspection could significantly promote the sanitary quality of Hotel.
