| 摘 要： | 为观察中药离子透并玻璃酸钠治疗骨性膝关节炎的治疗效果，寻求骨性膝关节炎更有效的治疗方案。运用中药离子透入并玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗骨性关节炎106例，并与泼尼权龙关节腔注射液治疗98例作对照。结果治疗组的近期治愈率及显著效率明显高于对照组（P＜0．05），远期复发率治疗组11．6％，对照组32．8％，有显著性差异。表明中药离子透入并玻璃酸钠协同治疗骨性膝关节疗效好，疗程短，复发率低，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | This study aims at observing the therapeutic effect of TCD ion-introduction (TCDII) and intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate (IAISH) on osteoarthritis of the knee (OAK) and at seeking a better therapy for OAK. One hundred and six cases of OAK were treated by TCDII and IAISH as the treated group, and 98 cases were treated by intra-articular-cavity injection of prednisolone alone as the control. The results showed that the curative and marked-effective rates of the treated group were significantly higher than those in the control (P < 0.05); the long-term recurrent rate of the treated group was 11.6 %, while that of the control was 32.8 % with a marked difference, indicating that TCDII and IAISH could produce a good therapeutic effect on OAK with short treatment course and lower recurrent rate and be worth while popularizing. |
