摘    要:癫痫动物模型是研究癫痫发病机制和药物靶点的重要工具。3,5-二羟苯甘氨酸(DHPG)是近年来发现的一种新的化学致痫剂,在离体脑片及整体动物上均能诱导出癫痫样活动,本文对有关DHPG诱导癫痂动物模型的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Animal model is a fundamental tool for identifying pathogenesis and pharmacological target involved in epilepsy. 3,5-dihydroxyphenylglycine(DHPG) is a novel convulsant found recently, which can induce epileptiform activity both in vitro and in vivo. The progress in the animal model induced by DHPG were reviewed.
