仙鹤草的酚类化学成分

目的对仙鹤草(Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb.)的化学成分进行研究。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、高效液相色谱、制备薄层色谱等各种色谱手段对化学成分进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质和波谱数据分析对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从仙鹤草乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到8个酚类化合物,分别鉴定为pilosanol C(1)、去氢双儿茶素A(dehydrodicatechin A,2)、(+)-儿茶素(+)-catechin,3]、(2S,3S)-(-)-花旗松素(2S,3S)-(-)-taxifolin,4]、异香草酸(isovanillic acid,5)、反式对香豆酸(trans-p-coumaric acid,6)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,7)、原儿茶醛(protocatechuic aldehyde,8)。结论化合物2、5-8均为首次从龙牙草属植物中分离得到。

Phenolic constituents of whole plant of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb.

Objective To study the chemical constituents from Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, polyamide column chromatography and HPLC, their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as: pilosanol C(1), dehydrodicatechin A (2), (+)-catechin (3), (2S,3S)-(-)-taxifolin (4), isovanillic acid (5), trans-p-coumaric acid (6), protocatechuic acid (7), protocatechuic aldehyde (8). Conclusions Compounds 2, 5-8 are isolated from Agrimonia genus for the first time.
