部分脾动脉栓塞术治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的临床应用

目的 观察部分脾动脉栓塞术治疗骨髓增生异常综合征对血小板，白细胞改善情况观察，以及探讨其实用性和栓塞优点，方法 10例19－58岁骨髓增生异常综合征的患者，选择部分脾动脉栓塞术治疗，应用化验，B超，CT方法观察血像及脾栓塞术后效果。结果 10例患者均于术后1－3周内血像恢复正常，B超及CT复查脾脏都有不同程度缩小，结论 脾脏损伤小，疗效明显，安全可靠，并发症少，是一种可行的保守治疗，同时又能保留脾脏免疫功能。

Treat Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS) Through Splenic Artery Part Embolization

Objective 　Observing the improve of the quantity of platelet and leucocyte, we argue treating myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) through splenic artery part embolization. Methods　10 patients, ages:19～58 years old , troubling with MDS ,accepted splenic artery part embolization. We appraise the effect of this method through some examine such as B ultrasound ,computer tomography and chemical examination. Results　 The quantitys of platelet and leucocyte of all 10 patients were recovered to normal after postoperation 1～3 weeks . B ultrasound and computer tomography examination showed the spleens of patients’shrinked back in different levels. Conclusion 　 It is effective method that treating MDS through splenic artery part embolization with less injury of spleen and less complications, meanwhile, the immune function of spleen would be reserved.
