| 摘 要： | 本文测定30例体外循环(CPB)心脏直视手术病人循环粒细胞数,观察其中9例病人肺活检并与6例闭式心脏手术病人肺活检比较。结果表明:只有当肺循环重建时才出现明显的多核粒细胞(PMN′s)跨肺差,并伴有大量的PMN′s在肺毛细血管内聚集及肺组织超微结构的损伤性改变。

| Abstract: | In this study, determination of the leukocyte counts in the circulation during cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) has been Carried out in 30 cases with heart disease and lung biopsies were done examined in 9 after CPB and 6 cases with closed cardiac surgery as control. The results showed that a significant transpulmonary difference of polymorphonuclear leukocytes(PMN's) existed only when the pulmonary circulation has been recovered, concomitant with both significant PMN's aggregation in the pulmonary microvasculature and ultrastructural injuries of the lung tissure.These results suggested that the pulmonary PMN's sequestration might play an important role in the acute lung injuries secondary to CPB. |
