摘    要:用BP人工神经网络处理混合色素的吸收光谱数据 ,达到了对其各组分含量进行同时测定的目的。通过对网络结构和参数的优化 ,提高了预报的准确度 ,能够满足混合色素测定的需求 ,从而为不经分离直接分光光度法测定饮料中混合色素提供了一种新的途径

Abstract:The back propagation artificial neural network was applied to process spectrophotometric data of mixed colorants. By optimizing the network structure and parameters, the predication accuracy was enhanced. The method was used for simultaneous determination of mixed colorants in synthetic samples and drinks on sale with satisfactory results. Therefore, the artificial neural network may provide a new approach to determine the mixed colorants in drinks by spectrophotometry without any preliminary chemical separation.
