| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和尿微量白蛋白（mAlb）在2型糖尿病早期肾病诊断中的应用价值.方法 测定41例2型糖尿病患者和32例健康体检者（正常对照组）外周血hs-CRP和mAlb的水平,并比较两者间的相关性.结果 2型糖尿病组血清hs-CRP和mAlb水平均明显高于正常对照组（P〈0.01）;hs-CRP和mAlb存在明显正相关性（r=0.769,P〈0.01）.结论 检测血清hs-CRP和mAlb水平对早期诊断糖尿病肾病具有临床价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of the serum high-sensitive c-reactive protein （hCRP） and urinary microalbumin （mAIb） in type 2 diabetes. Methods The serum levels of hCRP and Urinary mAIb were determined in 41 patients of type 2 diabetes and 32 healthy volunteers. Results The serum hCRP levels and urinary mAIb were significantly higher than those of control group （ P〈O.01 ） ;Serum hCRP levels were positively correlated with urinary mAlb （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The detection of serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein and urinary microalbumin may have diagnostic value for early kidney damage in type 2 diabetes. |
