| 摘 要： | 目的：评估泪囊瘘摘除术治疗先天性泪囊瘘的效果。方法：24例（25眼）确诊为先天性泪囊瘘的儿童进行泪囊瘘摘除术，术后随访6－39月。结果：24例术后无一例出现泪溢症状，治愈率为100％。结论：先天性泪囊瘘可通过单纯泪囊瘘摘除术而治愈。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the effect of excision of the fistulou s tract in the treatment of congenital lacrimal sac fistula.Methods 24 cases which had been diagnosed of congenital lacrima l sac fistula underwent excision of the fistulous tract,and accepted a follow u p with a range from 6 months to 36 months. Results None of 24 cases was symptomatic postopratively.The cur e rate is 100%.Conclusion Congenital lacrimal sac can be treated sucessfully w ith excision of the fistulous tract alone. |
