现代化大型医院船医疗卫勤力量建设研究

新列装的医院船具备现代化大型医院船的要求和特点，仍有细节部分，如伤病员无障碍运送，网络系统及重要设备的稳定运行，有待于完善。为更好地发挥医院船的卫勤支援作用，除应借鉴以往的卫勤演练经验，仍需在实践中对人员、装备反复演练，医院船与性能各异的水面舰艇编队训练亦应重视。演练中指挥组的授权，周密的计划，相对固定的医疗队人员构成，客观、令面的总结至关重要。通过演练可获得战时医院船医护人员编组及医用耗材配备等重要数据。换乘依旧是海上卫勤演练的难点与重点。通过互访和交流借鉴外军的经验也十分重要。

Construction of medical service resources in modern large-scale hospital ship

The new equipped hospital ship has met demands and features of modern large-scale hospital ship, though there are still rooms to improve, such as no-obstruction transport of wounded, and stability of its network communication and the operation of the equipments. In order to gear up its full functionalities towards providing excellent naval medical service, the medical personnel needs to be trained, and the equipments/system needs to be tested constantly in practice, on top of learning the experiences previously obtained. It is emphasized that the hospital ship should be trained with the fleet consisted of different size battle ships. In the course of the training, the authorization from the command group, a well-conceived plan, relative fixed staff of the medical team, and complete summary are always the critical elements. The key data on the medical team and the medical material demands should be obtained through out the training. Yet, offshore transfer is still the hard subject which requests further training. It is also important to open communications with foreign military medical personnel to share the experience with each others.
