| 摘 要： | 目的评价CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检对肺周围占位性病变的诊断价值。方法对39例肺周围性病变的患者行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检。结果39例中恶性病变29例,良性病变9例,1例因取材少,无病理结果。结论CT引导下经皮肺活检对明确肺周围性病变的性质具有较高的临床实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of CT guided transthoracic needle biopsy(TNB)in patients with pulmonary peripheral lesions.Methods The pathological results of thirty-nine patients with pulmonary peripheral lesions were analyzed retrospectively.Results Twenty-nine of lung lesions were malignant,9 were benign and 1 got no result.Conclusion It is very useful in diagnosis of pulmonary peripheral lesions by CT guided transthoracic needle biopsy. |
