小切口手法劈核联合人工晶状体植入治疗老年性白内障及对角膜曲率的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨老年性白内障小切口手法劈核联合人工晶状体植入术的手术方式、临床效果及术后角膜曲率的变化。方法:对278例(291眼)老年性白内障行小切口手法劈核联合人工晶状体植入术。分析手术方式的适宜性及治疗效果。结果:术后1周、1月、3月,裸眼视力0.5及其以上者分别为189眼(64.95%)、221眼(75.95%)、229眼(78.69%),术后1周、1月、3月的垂直径和水平径角膜曲率分别与术前相比无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:老年性白内障行小切口手法劈核联合人工晶体植入术获得满意疗效,而且不需特殊的仪器设备,值得推广应用(尤其适合在基层医院开展)。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinic effect and method of small incision with chop technique extracapsular cataract extraction and IOL implantation and the change of the corneal curvature. Methods:A retrospect to be given to the 291 eyes of this operation and analyze the fitness, clinic effect and complication of the operation. Results.. The eyesight of 189,221,229 eyes were 0.5 or above 0.5 at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 month. Postoperative examinations at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 month,the difference of changes in the corneal curvature were not significant between before and after the surgery(P>0.05). Conclusions: Small incision with chop technique extracapsular cataract extraction and IOL implantation was a effective way to cure cataract. The operation way was easy to use and fit to the basic hospital. Because no special instrument needed and the operation skill was simple to be mastered.
