| 摘 要： | 目的 对民族药头顶一颗珠进行文献考证和生药学鉴定,为其鉴别提供科学依据.方法 搜集、整理药材头顶一颗珠的相关文献,考证其名称、原植物、性味和功效;并对头顶一颗珠进行药材性状、显微特征及薄层色谱鉴定.结果和结论 在土家族药和苗药中,药材头顶一颗株的来源仅为百合科植物延龄草Trillium tschonoskii Maxim.的根茎,具有镇静、活血、止痛的功效.通过性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别能够很好地鉴定药材头顶一颗株. |
