摘    要:目的测定脱病毒半夏块茎及种植半夏中总蛋白的含量。方法采用Folin-酚法测定半夏块茎中总蛋白含量。结果于波长750 nm处比色,标准曲线线性良好,线性方程为Y=0.001 47 X+0.011 08r,=0.999 4,脱病毒半夏蛋白含量为2.86%。结论 Folin-酚法简便、快速、灵敏度高,可以用于半夏块茎中总蛋白含量的测定。

Abstract:Objective To determine the total protein content in virus eliminated Pinellia tuber. Methods The total protein content in Pinellia tuber was determined by the Folin-phenol method. Results The standard curve was good,the linear equation was Y=0.001 47x+0.011 08,R=0.999 4,the wavelength was 750 nm,and the total protein content of the samples was 2.86%. Conclusion Folin-phenol method is simple and fast,and it can be used to determine the total protein content in Pinellia tuber.
