摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱同时测定银屑灵片中多种成分含量的方法,采用正交设计法优选银屑灵片中肿节风有效成分的提取工艺。方法以绿原酸、迷迭香酸和落新妇苷为指标,采用正交实验,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数等因素的影响,优化提取条件。结果 最佳提取工艺条件为:70%乙醇提取2次,每次提取0.5 h。结论 优选的提取工艺多种有效成分的提取率均较高,适用于生产。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of Yinxieling tablet.Methods The contents chlorogenic acid,rosmarinic acid and astilbin in the extract were used as indexes,and determined by HPLC.The concentration of alcohol,extract time and times were considered.The orthogonal test was used for optimization.Results The optimum condition was:2 times of extraction,0.5 h each time.Conclusion The optimum process provides a high yield for the three components,and is easy to carry out.
