复方儿茶止泻液抗腹泻的药效学研究

目的通过对复方儿茶止泻液配伍前后进行小鼠抗腹泻药效学实验,探讨其作用机理。方法建立小鼠腹泻模型,进行抗腹泻的药效学实验,考察复方儿茶止泻液的抗腹泻效果。结果 大黄所致小鼠腹泻次数与生理盐水组比较:复方儿茶止泻液2 g/kg和4 g/kg组与盐酸小檗碱阳性对照组在1～2 h有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),复方儿茶止泻液4 g/kg组作用效果优于2 g/kg组;儿茶提取液4 g/kg组在1～4 h有显著性差异(P<0.05);黄柏提取液4 g/kg组在1～2 h有显著性差异(P<0.05);五倍子提取液2 g/kg组在1～2 h有显著性差异(P<0.05),4 g/kg组在1～3 h有显著性差异(P<0.05);木香提取液4 g/kg组在1 h有显著性差异(P<0.05)。胃肠推进率与生理盐水组比较:硫酸阿托品阳性对照组、复方儿茶止泻液2 g/kg和4 g/kg组、五倍子提取液4 g/kg组的胃肠推进率有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);儿茶提取液、黄柏提取液、木香提取液4g/kg组的胃肠推进率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 复方儿茶止泻液能更加显著地抑制小鼠胃肠推进速度,具有较强并且持久的抗腹泻作用。提示该制剂组方综合抗腹泻的有效活性成分增多,对其药效物质基础有待于进一步深入研究。

Pharmacodynamics Study on Anti - diarrhea of the Compound Catechu Antidiarrheal Liquid

Objective To study the wechanism of the compound catechu antidiarrheal liquid by means of anti-diarrhea pharmacodynamic experiments.Methods The animal model diarrhea was established to observe the anti-diarrhea effect of the compound catechu antidiarrheal liquid.Results(1) Compared with saline group,the frequency of diarrhea induced by rhubarb: ① The compound catechu antidiarrheal liquid 2 and 4 g / kg group and the positive control group of Berberine HCl got very significant difference in 1-2h(P<0.01),and the effect of the compound catechu antidiarrheal liquid with 4 g/kg was better than that with 2 g/kg;②The effect of the catechu extract 4 g/kg group was significant in 1-4h(P<0.05);③The effect of the Phellodendron extract 4 g/kg group was significant in 1-2 h(P <0.05);④The effect of the gall extract 2 g/kg group was significant in 1-2h(P<0.05),4g/kg group was significant in 1-3h(P<0.05);⑤The effect of the costustoot extract 4 g/kg group was significant in 1h(P<0.05);(2)The gastrointestinal propulsion rate compared with the saline group: the gastrointestinal propulsion rate of atropine sulfate positive control group,the compound catechu antidiarrheal liquid 2 and 4 g/kg group and gall extract 4 g/kg group were very significant(P<0.01),and that of catechu extract,Phellodendron extract,costustoot extract 4g/kg group were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The compound catechu antidiarrheal liquid can inhibit the rate of gastrointestinal motility of mice significantly,and it has strong and sustained anti-diarrhea effect.The results suggest that the active ingredients of anti-diarrhea effect get increased in the compound liquid,and the material therapeutic basis awaited further study.
