| 摘 要： | 目的探讨化腐再生法对糖尿病肌腱坏死模型大鼠的治疗效果及机理。方法将20只Wistar大鼠造成糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为化腐再生组、单纯化腐组、单纯再生组、对照组。所有大鼠均采用物理化学联合方式造成两处表皮及肌腱坏死创口,之后分别采用不同药物换药治疗,并进行分泌物提取,观察创面的面积(cm2)与分泌物中活性因子的变化,并加以分析。结果在肌腱坏死大鼠模型的治疗中,与其他方法治疗相比,化腐再生组创面剩余面积较其他组明显缩小,在修复中后期较其他组有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),创面渗出液中的总蛋白、总氨基酸、溶菌酶单位面积含量在不同时期显著增加,与创面愈合具有正相关关系。结论化腐再生法对糖尿病大鼠肌腱坏死模型的治疗效果明显优于其他各组疗法,其机理可能与各种活性因子共同作用有关。
