| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨了八角莲的愈伤组织诱导及分化技术.方法 采用八角莲成熟种子为材料,经过种子消毒诱导出芽,成功培育出无菌幼苗,再用幼叶、叶柄进行试管繁殖.结果 种子外植体以70%酒精消毒45 s+3%次氯酸钠消毒5 min组合进行灭菌效果最佳,污染率为0.00%,出芽率为1.9%;种子在MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L + GA3 0.5 mg/L激素配比上容易萌芽,出芽率为15.6%;在取材部位筛选中,以幼叶为外植体对诱导出芽效果最佳,最佳诱导愈伤组织激素组合为MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.3 mg/L,愈伤组织诱导率为85.7%;结论筛选适合的外植体和激素组合,对八角莲愈伤组织诱导和丛生芽分化具有良好的促进作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the induction and differentiation technology of callus of Dysosma versipellis. Methods The mature seeds of D.versipellis were used as the experimental materials,after disinfection and sterilization,free-germ seedling were obtained successfully,and young leaves and leaf stalks were used as explants for tube propagation.
