| 摘 要： | 慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)及在其基础上发生的胃癌前病变是胃癌发生过程的重要阶段。如何有效地控制和逆转CAG及其癌前病变的进程是预防胃癌发生的关键。研究发现,胃癌的发生过程中除了存在着细胞增殖水平的异常表达外,亦存在着细胞凋亡及相关基因表达的异常。文章从益气养阴活血法对胃黏膜上皮细胞凋亡及其相关基因的影响角度入手,探讨益气养阴活血法对CAG及胃癌前病变的作用机理。
