复叶耳蕨提取物体外抗HIV-1 RT活性的研究

摘    要:目的对鳞毛蕨科复叶耳蕨属植物复叶耳蕨不同提取部位体外抗HIV-1逆转录酶活性进行研究。方法在体外无细胞系统内采用酶联免疫吸附测定HIV-1逆转录酶的半数有效浓度(IC50)。结果复叶耳蕨乙酸乙酯提取物、正丁醇提取物抑制HIV-1逆转录酶的半数有效浓度IC50分别为84.069,.74μg.ml-1,水提取物抑制HIV-1逆转录酶的半数有效浓度IC50>200μg.ml-1。结论复叶耳蕨乙酸乙酯提取物与正丁醇提取物具有体外抑制HIV-1逆转录酶作用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the anti-HIV-1 RT activities of the different extracts from Arachniodes exilis Ching. Methods The inhibitory effect on HIV-1 RT was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results In the experiment of anti-HIV RT,the IC50 of the n-butanol extract、acetic ether extract were 84.06,9.74μg·ml-1,respectively.The IC50 of the aqueous extract was higher than 200 μg·ml-1. Conclusion The n-butanol extract,acetic ether extract from Arachniodes exilis Ching have the inhibitory effect on HIV-1 RT.
