微波辅助葛根素衍生物酸水解研究

摘    要:目的 采用微波辅助盐酸水解葛根素衍生物,并优化其工艺.方法 采用单因素实验和正交实验,以葛根素的含量为评价指标,考察反应时间、反应温度、盐酸浓度、微波功率对水解的影响.结果 优化后的较佳工艺条件为:反应时间10min,反应温度80℃,盐酸浓度4%,微波功率800 W.结论 微波辅助盐酸水解葛根素衍生物是一种高效节能的方法.在优化条件下,葛根素的含量达到15.99%.
