知柏养阴汤对阴虚模型大鼠糖脂代谢的影响

摘    要:目的 观察知柏养阴汤对糖皮质激素型阴虚大鼠糖脂代谢的影响.方法 将SD大鼠30只随机分为空白组、模型组及中药组,每组各10只.用氢化可的松塑造激素型阴虚大鼠模型,对模型组灌胃生理盐水,对中药组用知柏养阴汤进行灌胃治疗,8d后检测3组大鼠血清中总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL- C)、低密度脂蛋白( LDL - C)及空腹血糖(GLU)的浓度进行比较.结果 激素模型组、中药治疗组较之空白组GLU、TG、CHOL、HDL -C均升高,其中CHOL、HDL -C升高明显(P<0.05).中药组应用知柏养阴汤后,较之激素模型组GLU、CHOL、TG、HDL -C、LDL -C均降低,其中GLU、CHOL降低较明显(P<0.05).结论 激素型阴虚模型大鼠存在一定程度的糖脂代谢异常;知柏养阴汤可以改善阴虚症状,具有降低糖皮质激素导致的高血糖、高血脂的作用.
