| 摘 要： | 目的观察维胃方对实验性胃溃疡大鼠血清SOD活力及MDA含量的影响,探讨其治疗胃溃疡的可能机制。方法利用冰醋酸制备实验性胃溃疡大鼠模型,予维胃方及雷尼替丁治疗7 d后观察胃粘膜大体标本,计算溃疡面积,测量血清SOD活力及MDA含量。结果 胃粘膜大体标本观察发现,用药组溃疡愈合良好;与模型组和自愈组相比,中剂量的维胃方可明显促进溃疡愈合,减小溃疡面积(P<0.01),提高血清SOD活力(P<0.05),降低血清MDA含量(P<0.01)。结论 维胃方对大鼠实验性胃溃疡具有良好的治疗作用,其治疗机制可能与清除氧自由基,提高血清SOD活力,降低MDA含量有关。
