| 摘 要： | 目的 检测45种共70份药材中17种有机氯农药残留状况.方法 药材经过超声提取及磺化处理,采用GC - ECD法检测药材中有机氯农药含量.结果 有69份样品检出有机氯农药残留,检出率98.57％.依据]中国药典》2005版及《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》,有6份药材DIT严重超标,超标率为8.57％.结论 在收集到的绝大部分药材中,有机氯农药残留量低于相关规定的最高浓度.
