| 摘 要： | 目的:观察保胎丸联合西药治疗黄体功能不足性先兆流产的疗效。方法:70例随机分成治疗组36例和对照组34例,两组均用黄体酮注射液和绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗,治疗组加服保胎丸。结果:两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组治疗后P、HCG较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01),两组治疗后P、HCG比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),两组治疗前后及两组治疗后孕囊和卵黄囊或胎芽大小比较有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:保胎丸联合西药治疗黄体功能不足性先兆流产可减少流产,治疗效果好。
