摘    要:目的探讨采用血液微透析技术研究芎冰喷雾剂药动学的可行性和优越性。方法大鼠鼻腔或静脉注射给予芎冰喷雾剂后,利用血液微透析技术进行药动学研究,高效液相色谱法测定透析液样品中磷酸川芎嗪(TMPP)的浓度,用Das2.0药动学软件计算主要药动学参数。结果鼻腔给药和静注给药后TMPP的吸收均符合二室模型,芎冰喷雾剂鼻腔给药有一定优势。结论采用血液微透析技术进行芎冰喷雾剂的药动学研究方法可行,与传统方法相比,具有明显的优势。

Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility and advantages of blood microdialysis technique for the pharmacokinetic study on Xiongbing nasal spray in rats.
