腹部闭合性损伤合并腹腔积液的临床诊疗探讨

目的：探讨腹部闭合性损伤合并腹腔积液的诊断与治疗。方法：回顾性分析自2005年1月至2012年12月间本院收治135例腹部闭合性损伤合并腹腔积液患者的临床资料。结果：本组手术治疗104例，保守治疗成功31例，死亡37例，各种并发症58例。结论：重视外伤后症状及体征的动态观察，通过腹腔置管引流及腹腔镜探查等方式准确地判断病情，及时掌握手术指征，是提高救治率的关键。

Clinical diagnosis and treatment of blunt abdominal trauma combined with intraperitoneal fluid

Objective： To investigate diagnosis and treatment of blunt abdominal trauma combined with intraperitoneal fluid. Methods： One hundred and thirty-five cases of blunt abdominal trauma comDlnea wlm mtra- peritoneal fluid patients in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Surgery was performed in 104 cases, conservative treatment in 31 cases, death in 37 cases, various complications in 58 cases. Conclusion： The key to increase the rate of cure is happened to pay attention to dynamic observation of post-traumatic symptoms and signs to judge indwelling catheter dainage and laparoscopic detection and the state of illness was correctly through intraperitoneal grasp the surgery indication timely.
