温胆汤合血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察温胆汤合血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例随机分为两组,对照组45例西药常规综合治疗,治疗组45例温胆汤合血府逐瘀汤加减,西药治疗同对照组。观察临床疗效、肺功能、血气分析、安全指标。均15 d为1疗程,治疗1疗程(15d)判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。肺功能FVC、FEV1(1%)两组均有显著改善(P<0.01);FEV1治疗组有显著改善(P<0.01),对照组不明显(P>0.05);治疗组FVC、FEV1改善显著优于对照组(P<0.01),FEV1(1%)改善也优于对照组(P<0.05)。血气分析PaO2、PaCO2(mmHg)两组均有显著改善(P<0.01);pH治疗组显著改善(P<0.01),对照组不明显(P>0.05);三项指标改善治疗组均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]中西医结合治疗COPD急性加重期疗效优于单纯西药,有明显临床优势。

Wen Dan Decoction and Xue Fu Zhu Yu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Acute Exacerbations of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,Randomized Parallel-Group Study

[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Wen Dan Decoction and Xue Fu Zhu Yu Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).[Methods] With randomized parallel control method,90 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into 2 groups: 45 cases every group,the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine treatment,the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese in addition to conventional Western Medicine.[Results] Compared with pre-treatment and post-treatment,lung function,blood gas,and clinical efficacy were significantly improved,the treatment group more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the traditional Chinese medicine showed good safety.[Conclusion] Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of AECOPD is better than western medicine group,with a clear clinical advantage.
