| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法 2005年至2009年,采用双侧解剖型钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折48例,男37例,女11例,年龄20～65岁,平均42岁。结果 48例患者经治疗按Merchant评价标准,优26例,良14例,中8例。结论双侧钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折是简单有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the results of bilateral plates in the treatment of complicated tibial plateau fractures. Methods From 2005 to 2009, 63 patients with complicated tibial platform fractures in our hospital underwent surgical treatment with bilateral plates. The patients had mean age of 42 years (20 to 65 years), and consisted of 37 males and 11 females. Result According to Merchant evaluation criterion, 26 patients were excellent, 14 patients were good and 8 patients were normal. Conclusion Bilateral plate treatment is a simple and effective method for complicated tibial platform fractures. |
