低分子肝素预防人工髋关节置换术后DVT的疗效及对血液流变学的影响

目的：了解人工髋关节置换术后低分子肝素防治深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的效果及对血液流变学的影响。方法；将152例行人工髋关节置换术病人分为两组。80例术后给予低分子肝素，并观察血液流变学的变化。余72例不用低分子肝素。比较两组DVT发生率厦血液流变学的变化。结果：术后用低分子肝素病人无一例发生DVT，血液流变学好于对照组;未用低分子肝素组有2例死亡，1例术后心跳、呼吸停止，42％术后肢体肿胀，9例彩超证实为DVT。所有用低分子肝素的病人未见有出血。结论：低分子肝素能明显改善人工关节置换术后病人的血液流变学，预防DVT，降低心脑血管并发症，是一种有效、安全、经济的方法。

The Effect of Low Molecule Heparin on Prevention of Deep veous thrombosis and Hemorheology after Artificial Hip Joint Replacement

Objective:To find out the effect of prevention and cure on Deep veous thrombosis (DVT) and the influence to hemorheology by applied low-molecule heparin after artificial joint replacement. Methods: 152 cases of artificial joint replacement collected in 2000 from our hospital were divided into 2 groups ,in which 80 were applied low-molecule heparin and the other 72 not . Incidence of DVT and change of hemorheology are studied between the two groups. Results:None happened DVT in the group applied low-molecule heparin and the data of hemorheology were superior compared with the control group . In the group not applied low-molecule heparin,there were 2 died,and one case happened heart failure and respiratory arrest. 42% of the cases in the control group appeared limbs edema and 9 were confirmed DVT via color ultrasonic sound . None got hemorrhage in the group applied low-molecule heparin. Conclusion:Low-molecule heparin can apparently improve hemorheology of patients after artificial joint replacement,also it can prevent DVT and reduce vas complication of heart and brain,which is a effective,safe and economical method.
