术前心理干预应用于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征治疗的效果观察

目的:探讨术前心理干预在应用低温等离子射频消融技术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)时的效果。方法:对60例患者随机分成干预组和对照组各30例,对照组进行常规治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上采取支持性的心理治疗法。包括语言劝导法、说理治疗和信念治疗,使患者的心身、精神行动上在术前均得到充分的预期准备。结果:通过对照,干预组术前焦虑、术中痛感与对照组明比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),术后对手术的自我感觉满意度增高(P<0.05)。结论:术前心理干预减轻术前焦虑、术中痛感,提高患者的满意度,有利于提高手术成功率。

Observation of the effective outcome of preoperative psychological intervention in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

Objective:To explore the effective outcome of plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods:!Sixty patients were divided into intervention group(n=30) and control group(n=30).Conventional treatment and nursing care were taken in the control group,and additional psychological supportive therapy was applied in the intervention group,including talking,reasoning,enhancing patient's confidence so as to have patients fully prepared before ablation.Results:There was significant difference in the comparison of patient's anxiety and pain between the two groups(P<0.05),self contentment increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative psychological intervention plays an effective role in relieving patient's anxiety and pain and increasing their contentment,consequently the rate of success of ablation can be increased.
