中西医结合治疗房颤临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗房颤的临床疗效。方法：将76例房颤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予乙胺碘呋酮片,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予纠颤复律汤（药物组成：党参20 g,酸枣仁20 g,苦参20 g,丹参15 g,延胡索15 g,麦冬15 g,五味子15 g,炙甘草10 g）治疗,每日1剂,4周为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后对两组患者的临床疗效、平均复律时间进行观察和比较。结果：与对照组相比,观察组有效率明显升高、平均复律时间明显缩短（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗房颤临床疗效显著,并能显著改善患者的生活质量。

Clinical Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Atrial Fibrillation

Objective：To discuss the clinical curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.Methods：76 cases of atrial fibrillation patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given amiodarone tablets,while the observation group was given Jiuchan Fulv Decoction（composition：Codonopsis pilosula 20 g,Ziziphus jujuba 20 g,Sophora flavescens Ait.20 g,Slauia miltiorrhiza Bunge15 g,Corydalis yanhusuo 15 g,Ophiopogon japonicus15 g,Schisandra chinenesis15 g,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata10 g） based on the control group,one dosage one day,four weeks was one course of treatment.Clinical curative effects,average cardioversion time of patients in two groups were observed and compared.Results：Compared with the control group,effective rate of the observation group rose notably and the average cardioversion time shortened obviously（P0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine therapy has great clinical curative effects in treating atrial fibrillation and notably improves life quality of patients.
