胃癌血清CEA和CA19-9的表达及临床意义

目的:分析胃癌血清CEA、CA19-9水平与临床病理特点的关系,为临床应用提供依据.方法:检测51例胃癌患者血清CEA、CA19-9表达水平,同时留取胃癌患者组织病理学标本,分析血清CEA、CA19-9的表达水平与临床病理特点的关系.结果:血清CEA在胃低分化腺癌及黏液性腺癌中的表达阳性率高于其他病理类型；有肝转移及腹腔转移患者血清CEA、CA19-9表达阳性率高于无肝转移及无腹腔转移患者.结论:血清CEA、CA19-9水平的升高对判断胃癌有无肝及腹腔转移具有重要的临床意义.

Gastric cancer serum CEA and CA19-9 Expression and Clinical Significance

Objective: Analysis of gastric cancer serum CEA CA19-9 level and the clinical and pathological features,provide the basis for clinical application.Methods:Detected 51 cases of gastric cancer in patients with CEA,CA19-9 expression levels,while specimens from patients with gastric cancer histopathology specimens,analysis of serum CEA CA19-9 expression levels with clinical and pathological features.Results:The serum levels of CEA expression in poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma and mucinous carcinomas is higher than in other pathological types;The serum levels of CEA and CA19-9 expression in gastric and hepatic and peritoneal metastasis is higher than in no-hepatic and peritongneal metastasis.Conclusion:Of serum CEA,elevated CA19-9 level has important clinical significance for diagnosis of gastric and hepatic and peritoneal metastasis.
