崔玉衡教授疏肝止痛汤治疗经行头痛经验

目的：探讨崔玉衡教授疏肝止痛汤治疗经行头痛的临床经验。方法：通过跟师学习,总结归纳崔玉衡教授治疗经行头痛的临床经验。结果：经行头痛的发生大多由肝血虚损、肝气郁结、气郁血滞、循经上扰清窍引起。五脏经脉惟足厥阴肝络能上达巅顶。治疗当从肝入手,疏肝解郁,活血祛瘀为主,佐以祛风止痛之品,再结合经期不同的时间以及不同部位所属脏腑经络,佐以引经药,灵活施治。结论：崔玉衡教授疏肝止痛汤治疗经行头痛疗效显著。

Experience of Professor Cui Yuheng in Treating Headache Due to Menstruation by Using Shugan Zhitong Decoction

Objective：To investigate the experience of Professor Cui Yuheng in treating headache due to menstruation by using Shugan Zhitong Decoction.Methods：To summarize and conclude the clinical experience of Professor Cui Yuheng in treating headache due to menstruation by learning with the teacher.Results：Headache due to menstruation was mostly caused by the liver blood deficiency and consumption,liver qi stagnation,as well as qi and blood stagnation,followed by the upward attack of pathogens in the orifices of head along the meridians.In the meridians of the five zang-organs,only the Jueyin meridian could reach the summit of the head.The treatment should start with the liver by giving priority to relieve depression of the liver-qi and dispell melancholy as well as promot blood circulation and remove blood stasis,assisted by using medicinals with the function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and supplemented by adopting medicinal guide and flexible differentiation and treatment according to the different menstrual time and organs and meridians corresponding to different parts.Conclusion：Professor Cui Yuheng Shugan achieves significant curative effect in in treating headache due to menstruation by using Shugan Zhitong Decoction.
