从肝论治角膜疾病

目的：探讨从肝治疗角膜疾病的临床疗效。方法：从角膜疾病病因病机出发探讨治疗本病的方法。结果：本病多与肝的功能失调有关,多与肝经风热、肝气郁结、肝胆火盛,肝胆湿热、肝阴不足等有关,从肝论治,具有良好的临床效果。结论：从肝论治角膜疾病疗效显著,对临床应用有一定的指导意义。

Study on the Treatment of Corneal Diseases from the Aspect of Liver

Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effects of using Chinese medicines from the aspect of lirer for the treatment of corneal disease.Methods：To explore the treatment methods of corneal disease from the etiology and pathogenesis of corneal disease.Results：The disease was mostly associated with liver dysfunctions,such as wind and heat pathogens in the liver meridian,liver qi stagnation,excessive fire pathogens in the liver and gallbladder,damp heat pathogens in liver and gallbladder and liver-yin deficiency.Good clinical curative effects could be achieved by treating from the aspect of liver.Conclusion：Treating corneal disease from the aspect of liver has significant curative effects,which shows certain guiding significance in clinical application.
