庆大霉素液联合湿毒清治疗湿疹临床研究

目的：探讨庆大霉素液联合湿毒清治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将350例湿疹患者随机分成3组,即西药组105例,中药组120例,中西药组125例。西药组仅用体积分数0.1%庆大霉素液湿敷患处部位,每日4次,7 d为1个疗程;中药组仅用湿毒清外涂搽患处,每日4次,7 d为1个疗程;中西药组先用体积分数0.1%庆大霉素液湿敷,再以湿毒清外涂搽,每日4次,7 d为1个疗程。观察患者临床症状和皮疹消退时间、有效率、复发率。结果：中西药组、中药组、西药组有效率分别为98.4%、83.5%、81.9%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;中西药组临床症状和皮疹消退时间明显优于西药组和中药组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;中西药组复发率低于西药组和中药组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;3组用药期间未见不良反应发生。结论：3组不同疗法对湿疹均有效,其中中西药组疗效最佳,操作简单,经济实惠,无不良反应。

Clinical Study on Gentamicin Liquid Combined with Shiduqing Paste in Treating Eczema

Objective：To discuss the clinical effects of Gentamicin Liquid combined with Shiduqing Paste in treating eczema.Methods：350 cases of eczema patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,namely,the western medicine group（Gentamicin Liquid） 105 cases,the traditional Chinese medicine group（Shiduqing Paste） 120 cases,and the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group（Gentamicin Liquid combined with Shiduqing Paste） 125 cases.The western group was only given 0.1% Gentamicin Liquid to apply to the affected part;the traditional Chinese medicine group was noly given Shiduqing Paste to apply to the affected part;the integration to the of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group was firstly given 0.1% Gentamicin Liquid,and then Shiduqing Paste to apply affected part,every group was treated 4 times per day,7 days were one course of treatment.Clinical symptoms,disappeared time of eczema,effective rate and recurrence rate of patients were observed.Results：Effective rates of the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group,traditional Chinese medicine group,western group were 98.4%,83.5%,81.9% respectively,and the difference had statistical significance（P0.01）;clinical symptoms and disappeared time of eczema in the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group were obviously superior to the western group and traditional Chinese medicine group,the difference had statistical significance（P0.01）;recurrence rate of eczema in the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group were obviously lower than the western group and traditional Chinese medicine group,and the difference had statistical significance（P0.01）;No odverse effect was found in medication period of three groups.Conclusion：Therapies in three groups all have effects in treating eczema,and the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group has the best curative effect,which can be operated simply,has no adverse effect and is economical and practical.
