隔姜灸治疗癌症化疗后白细胞减少症临床研究

目的：观察隔姜灸治疗白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法：癌症化疗后白细胞减少症患者90例,按随机数字表法分为对照组30例,治疗组60例,对照组皮下注射立生素注射液治疗,治疗组应用隔姜灸治疗。观察白细胞提升情况和化疗后不适症状消失情况。结果：两组治疗后白细胞均能较理想提升,但治疗组白细胞提升平稳持久且无并发症,并能较快改善化疗药物不良反应。结论：隔姜灸为治疗化疗后白细胞减少症的有效方法。

Clinical Study on Ginger Moxibustion for the Treatment of Leukopenia after Chemotherapy of Cancer

Objective：To observe the efficacy of ginger moxibustion for the treatment of leukopenia.Methods：90 cases of leukopenia patients after the chemotherapy of cancer were divided into the control group of 30 cases and the treatment group of 60 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was given subcutaneous injection of Lisheng injection,while the treatment group was given ginger moxibustion.The raise of leukocytes and the disappearance of uncomfortable symptoms after chemotherapy were observed.Results：After treatment,the white blood cells in both groups rised to an ideal level,but the raise of white blood cells in the treatment group was smooth and durable with no complications which could rapidly improve the adverse drug reactions of chemotherapy.Conclusion：Ginger moxibustion is an effective method of treating leukopenia after chemotherapy.
